Dartmouth Athletics Spreads Cheer Through Holiday Helpers

Dartmouth Women's Volleyball has Two Named All-Ivy
Women's Volleyball (11/24/2009).
The Dartmouth women's volleyball team had two of its players named All-Ivy as Madeline Baird was selected second team and Megan MacGregor was honorable mention.

Dartmouth Women's Volleyball Announces Team Awards
Women's Volleyball (11/23/2009).
The Dartmouth women's volleyball team announced its team awards at its annual end-of-the-year banquet. The Big Green finished the season with an 11-13 record, 7-7 in the Ivy League.

Dartmouth Volleyball Falls to Penn in Last Match of the Season
Women's Volleyball (11/14/2009).
The Dartmouth women's volleyball team dropped its final game of the season to Penn on Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia. With the victory the Quakers earn the Ivy League title.

"One of my favorite moments was receiving my own #17 jersey from the women's volleyball team. I look forward to squeezing into it and playing with them when I get to campus," said President-Elect Kim. Women's volleyball players (from left) Kendall Houston '12, Annie Villanueva '12 and team captain Jess Thomas '09 surprised Kim – who played in college and still enjoys the game – with a ball and jersey after his official announcement in Spaulding Auditorium. Thomas said, "President-elect Kim joked about needing to train and 'increase his vertical' before coming to our practices."
